Ainsley Courts Assisted Living Demo 2011

On February 21, 2011, ARMA Houston was invited to do a demonstration for the seniors at Ainsley Courts Assisted Living in Cypress, Texas. Stacy Clifford, Kyle Cook, Tom Augenthaler and John Schmidt attended. The demo began with a discussion of historical martial arts and demonstration of guards, cutting exercises, floryshing, and cut and countercut drills, including a demonstration of exercising in plate armor by John Schmidt. Free-play with wasters and steel blunts followed, and the demonstration ended with a question and answer session at display tables with various weapons and armor.
