Training Activities

New members can expect to participate in a variety of training activities, including drills and exercises with wooden wasters both solo and with a partner, and sparring (also called free-play) with wasters and blunt steel for experienced students. The last week of each training session is reserved for free-play, and we occasionally include group combat alongside one on one sparring matches to enhance the application of our training (not to mention have a lot of fun).
