Cub Scout Pack 704 - September 2011

September 12, 2011 the ARMA North Siders were invited
to demonstrate for Cub Scout Pack 704 in Houston, TX. ARMA
Representatives included Kyle Cook, Stacy Clifford, John Schmidt
and Tom Augenthaler. The demo began with a discussion of common
myths about historical martial arts and demonstration of guards,
cutting exercises, floryshing, and cut and countercut drills.
Free-play with wasters and steel blunts followed, and the
demonstration ended with a question and answer session at
display tables with various weapons and armor.
